CV Joint

CV joint is “constant velocity universal joint” for short, it is an important component in the automobile transmission system. CV joints are mainly composed of sliding sleeve, tripod shaft, transmission shaft, starlike sleeve, cage, outer shell and other parts. We can include clamp, dust cover, nut, snap ring, grease and complete repair kit.

For Material: normally, outer shell is made of carbon steel or alloy steel.

Then Star sleeve and cage are made of alloy steel. While steel balls are chrome.

There are two types. Outer CV joint and inner CV joint

They are widely used for cars, trucks and construction vehicles.

For Packing: CV joint are packed separately in plastic bag, then in carton box.
