Refined adsorbent aluminum polysilicate (Synthetic aluminum Poysilicum), molecular
formula: xAl2O3·ySiO2·nH2O. The appearance is a kind of white porous srical body particle or
powder, has the very good flowability, it belongs to the solid acid compound. As a hard foam
polyether refined absorbent, it shows exnt adsorption and decolorization performance:
adsorption of potassium and sodium ions from organic chemicals. And play a role in filtering. Absorb
water from the air.
Product application: the crude polyether polyol was put into the neutralization kettle, a small amount
of pure water was added at a certain temperature, the neutralization reaction was carried out after
stirring, the value of the neutralization solution was controlled within the index (6.5 - 7.0), then
0.1 - 0.3% aluminum polysilicate adsorbents were added at the same temperature, the vacuum
distillation and dehydration were carried out for 1.5~2 h, and the filtration cycle was carried out when
the water was removed to the prescribed requirements. The K+ (Na+ ) ion content of the circulating
liquid is analyzed and filtered immediately when it meets the requirements. The filter solution is a
clear and transparent polyether.
