DUPIXENT is a prescription medicine used: to treat adults and children 6 months of age and older with moderate-to-severe eczema (atopic dermatitis or AD) that is not well controlled with prescription therapies used on the skin (topical), or who cannot use topical therapies.

Dosage

Adults (18+ years): Loading dose 600 mg, then 300 mg every two weeks

Children (6-17 years): Dosage is determined by weight

60 kg (132 pounds): Loading dose 600 mg, then 300 mg every two weeks

30-59 kg (66 to 130 pounds): Loading dose 400 mg, then 200 mg every two weeks

15-29 kg (33 to 63 pounds): Loading dose 600 mg, then 300 mg every four weeks

Pre-filled pen (12+ years), available in 200 and 300 mg

Pre-filled syringe, available in 200 and 300 mg
