Ansen pipe repair bandage is a fast curing tape composed of flexible fiberglass cloth impregnated with water activated polyurethane resin. Our repair bandage is mainly used to repair, reinforce and protect oil, gas, water etc pipeadheres to metal, plaster, pvc, copper, rubber, concrete, wood, ceramic etc. It can be applied on cracked, fractured, corroded, damaged and leaking pipes, around difficult shapes including straight lengths, tee and elbow joints.

******************************************How to use it*******************************************
Read thoroughly before opening package
1. For best results, abrade the pipe with sandpaper or file and clean the surface . The prepared area should be approximately 3 to 4 times the size of the damaged area. 2. Using gloves, remove bandage from the package. Immerse in temperate water for 4-6 seconds.
3. Wrap tightly and quickly,using entire roll extend approx. 5 to 8cm above and below the damage area.
4. Wet gloves in water,squeeze and mold tape in the direction of the wrap until resin stops foaming and is set.
5. Wait 30min for ANSEN Bandage to set rock-hard.
