Piston type pneumatic shut-off nozzle mainly serves in high speed injection synchronization, compare to needle type pneumatic nozzle, the unique piston sealing design offers single pass channel with very less pressure loss and max. shot weight, and the simple structure also guaranteed the exncy in product color changing during injection, which can significantly improve production efficiency, shorten production time.

During storage period of injection unit process, through integrated air cylinder, the inside piston is pushed in radial direction to lock and open flowing channel, so that material will be blocked inside nozzle to prevent leakage. And open with machine precise injection.
