Manufacturing technology of 6-layer PCB

Multilayer PCB is a kind of printed circuit board which is made of alternating conductive pattern layer and insulating material. The of layers of conductive pattern is more than three, and the electrical interconnection between layers is realized through metallized holes. If a double-sided board is used as the inner layer, two single panels as the outer layer, or two double-sided boards as the inner layer and two single panels as the outer layer, they are stacked together through the positioning system and insulation bonding materials, and the conductive patterns are interconnected according to the design requirements, they will become four layer and six layer printed circuit boards, also known as multi-layer PCB circuit boards.

Multilayer PCB is usually made of epoxy glass cloth and copper foil laminate, and its manufacturing process is developed on the basis of coating hole double-sided board. Its general process is to etch the inner layer pattern, after blackening, add the semi cured sheet according to the predetermined design for lamination, and then put a piece of copper foil on the upper and lower surfaces respectively. After being heated and pressurized by the press, a "double faced copper clad laminate" with the prepared inner layer pattern is obtained, and then the numerical control drilling is carried out according to the pre-designed positioning system. After drilling, the hole wall should be etched and decontaminated, and then it can be carried out according to the process of double-sided plating hole printed circuit board.
