we have 2 different Production Processes to make the frozen potato chips.
1. washing and peeling—cutting—blanching—dewatering— freezing

the first process is no frying, the final products are raw potato chips, which mostly sold in supermarket, shops, etc. they are popular with housewives, yong people, etc.
the second process is with frying but withour flavoring, the final products are semi-cooked, most deliveried to all kinds of fast-food resaurant, like McDonald's, KFC, Dickson, and even small resaurants. easy to process with time-saving and good flavoring.
2. working principles
1. washing and peeling machine
this is the first step, making the fresh potato clearer and easier to process. washing and peeling potato at the same time in one machine, we have 2 models of this machine.
2. cutting machine
just as the picture above, your potatos can be cutted into diffeerent shapes, such as slice,stick,or wave-shape, etc. just by replacing the molds is ok.
3. blanching machine
the function of this blanching machine is to remove the excess starch remaining on the potato chips or sticks. if without this step, when frying, the potato chips will be easily sticked to the pots because of the starch, which will affect the fianl products.
4. dewatering or dehydrating machine
After blanching, the chips moisture is very high; we have to dewater it in order to get the best chips after frying.Our machine adopts the centrifugal principle, electromagnetic braking, digital automatic control, and is made of stainless steel.
5. continuous frying machine
this is the most important step, To ensure the quality of fried products, use pure peanut oil, corn oil, cottonseed oil, and every 8-12 hours thoroughly change oil, fry temperature control in 180-190 degrees c, cannot exceed 200 ° c, Frying generally does not exceed 1 minute.
6. deoiling machine
It is mainly for the second oil off processing, which reduces the oil consumption and prolong the shelf life. After the processing the product will have bright color, crisp delicious and high quality. In fact, it's the same with the dewatering machine.
7.Freezing machine
no matter you will adopt which process, to make frozen chips, this machine is indispensable. in order to keep the fried fries straight, outside the crisp inside, good taste. After freezing, you can store the potato chips or sticks in the refrigerator.
