ASA High Rubber Content Powder

Description:

DD-960 is tri-copolymer of acrylate-styrene-acrylonitrile.

It is ASA resin with high rubber content.

Its inner core is acrylate rubber, its outer shell is grafted styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer.

It is whiter powder.

It can neither be dissolved in ketone and chlorinated hydrocarbon, nor dissolved in water and alcohol.

Application:

As the masterbatch of ASA, It can be pelletized into ASA engineering plastic while mixture with AS;

It can be used to make ASA/PC alloy;

It can also be used as outdoor impact modifier of PVC.

Typical Characteristic:

Exnt impact resistance, good weatherability and UV resistance.

It can improve the property of melt with other polarity high polymers.

Storage:

To be stored in cool and ventilated warehouse, avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
