There is a significant amount of funds that I am unable to access because of this. The fix on my account will be quick and simple from CoinBaseâs end, I have researched the problem, and done the due diligence, and seen the precedent - every other exchange solves the problem I am experiencing straight away. CoinBase has solved this exact problem for other customers, I am in with those customers and have proof.
I understood that things might take time over the holidays, and I was patient, but we are nearing the end of January. I have unfortunately since this issue began, been made redundant from my work, and I need these funds to survive.
I am at the end of my tether, and donât know what to do next. I want to get back on my feet but this is becoming earth shattering now.
