Dear Sir, Madam, We re finding for steel scrap coming from steel continuous casting machine. The content is steel because it's the excess of steel which occurs from the molding process during continuous casting. Actually it contains the chemistry of the ultimate steel product - reinforcement bars Purchasing or procurement department is responsible for buying scrap materials.
