Dear Sir, We have an urgent order to supply to one of our Governmental Department with Portland Grey Cement in huge quantity and the strength class should be 42.5, on following terms and conditions:- (1) Port of Discharge:- CIF HodePort in the Republic of Yemen. (2) Packing type:- 50kg bags or as per buyers choice (3) Inspection Company:- Inspection shall be made by SGS inspection company at the port of loading at sellers cost. (4) Shipment time:- Minimum 30 days Maximum 45 days (5) Performance bond:- 2% from the LC value should be issued by seller as performance bond to the buyer on acceptance of the non operative. (6) Responsability:- The seller undertake the responsability for the goods untill they reach the port of discharge. (7) Minimum quantity required is 100,000MT.
