Buyer submits the letter of Intent to purchase (LOI).2. Seller sends the FCO and buyer signs it and returns it back to seller along with ICPO and The Sugar import quota allocation letter.3. Seller issues draft contract to buyer.4. Buyer signs the contract returns it to the seller along with DLC Verbiage Draft and RWA.5. Seller provercial Invoice to buyer.6. Upon acceptance of the Verbiage by the seller’s bank, the buyer bank opens the DLC MT 700 as agreed.7.
