I need solenoototype design work with the fallowing specification; 1) A stroke of 3 to 4 mm. 2) A diameter of 50mm or smaller. 3) Have a force of approximately 25Lbs or 11.5 kgs. 4) Duty cycle should be able to run for 45 minutes or more contentiously. 5) Must be able to run quietly with low heat output. This will go into a hand held tool. 6) Can run on 12 volts, 24 volts, or 36 volts DC. 7) Needs to cycle from 10 to 300 strokes per second with a comparable controller. Can you help me with this need?
