After sign and seal Contract within 5 (Five) banking days, Seller shall directly by themselves or through their group companies, issue applicable non- operative Performance Bond 2% P-B to Buyer bank. 6. Buyer receive seller 2% (PB) and within 5(Five) banking days, shall issue irrevocable Non-transferable L C, which automatically activates the PB. 7.
