Dear Sir Madam, This is TrevorFord from AU. I'm looking for products with the following specifications: Custom design based on my preliminary designs. - Eternal finish in wood look and stone facing. - full engineering signed of by my engineer. - Engineering, Plans and shop drawings supplied by manufacturer. - FOB, CIF specify. - Compressed fibre cement flooring the wet areas. - Ply timber floors with polished manufactured flooring. - design is based on 14 modules 20' conainer with extra hight (HQ) + upper loft area enclosed by insulated panel roof and walls. the south wing bedroom could use 30' or 40' for extra room as these rooms are a bit small. - all wiring conduits to be concealed into the walls, not to be exposed. - All work is to building code of Australia (NCC 2016) and Australian standards. NO Asbestos in any products. allow for standard fittings, bath, laundry, kitchens, toilets. these will be PC items to be negotiated later.
