We do due diligences (traceabilty)- to do this we require mining license, export license, mine or smelter , etc. 2. we sign contract, 3. seller moves the goods to: a. Bollore bonded warehouse, buyer conducts inspection insre, and make payment after inspection b. Seller issues issue LC (CIF final destination port of discharge) to the seller and seller provB and ships the goods to final destination and get painspection at the port of discharge.
