I am searching for a MFG. Resource for LED flashing Light-up T shirts. These unique custom designed t-shirt need to be made of 100% preshrunk cotton or cotton and polyester mix which are high-quality and heavyweight. I need standard black (or dark colors) unisex fit t shirts for sizes small, medium, large, X-large and XX-large. That are packaged in polyester clear bags.
