SkWater Pressure: 105 to 150 PSIG Design Temperature: 120 F The system shall consist of complete electrolytic sodium hypochlorite generators from seawater on a once through basis. Each unit shall have hypochlorite production turndown capability from 10% to 100% of specified design capacity Due to limited space, system shall be of compact construction. (Approx. 2m x 5m) The system shall include: - Electrolytic assembly. - Transformer Rectifier Unit, dry type transformer, air cooled, thyristor controlled rectifier, suitable for 480VAC 360Hz power feed. System shall be capable of diluting Hydrogen generated to safe levels and venting it to a safe location. - Main Control Panel; PLC based; hosed in 316 stainless steel IP56 (NEMA 4X) enclosure, designed to provsary pushbuttons, run lights, alarms, indicators, relays and control circuitry as required for safe operation of the system; including HMI touch screen interface, with both RS-485 and Modbus TCP IP interface network cards for communication with DCS. - All required process piping, valves, pressure regulators, safety valves, etc. Materials shall be suitable for offshore application, preferably CPVC SCH. 80. - Shall be supplied with booster pumps and flow regulators for the inlet seawater when required. - Inlet strainers shall be supplied.
