(mention any other impurity material percentage if present) Copper backing plates - Yes and No (both) Diameter - 3 inch Thickness - 0.25 inch Also you can send quotation of both 1 4 inch & 1 8 inch thickness sputtering targets( with and without copper backing plate separately).
