I found your information on the internet and we are interested in quoting Flash Butt Welding machines for our plant (QTY: 5).Nowadays we weld steel strip with the following characteristics:Material Gauge 0.016-0.035Type of Material Steel SAE1075Material Wa 3 4Our volume is the following (approximate values): 2,250 welds are per work shift and we have 3 (24 hours). So per day per eld 6,750 pieces. We have 5 production it will be 33,750 welds total plant.Per week (6 labor days) 202,500 welds.
