Buyer is looking for competent suppliers with capacity for 10000MT per month (possibility of increase after a few months). Buyer's procedure are as follows. 1. Buyer wants to know there is copper. So seller is required to show there is copper...(VPictures in buyer's company name). No documents in the first instance just Vpictures. Buyer will issue LOI. 2. Seller issues FCO 3. Buyer reviews and signs. 4. Buyer issues ICPO and POF RWA Bank to Bank. 5. Seller Confirms POF and issues full POP. 6. SPA is signed and contract is executed. Here are a few useful details. Quantity: 3500MT or 5000MT Initially. 7000-8000MT in few months after successful deliveries.
