Havarti, Brie, Camembert, Asiago, Parmigiano-Reggiano, Jarlsberg, Swiss, Cream cheese, Natural Processed, Smoked, Gouda, Provolone. Chalav Yisrael or Chalav Stam Kosher would be a plus, but not a requirement.
