To whom it might concern, We have a that is looking to purchase 500,000 METRIC TONS ( MT) or more per month Iron Ore 63.5 FE on a 1 year contract. The conditions requested for the deal to go thorough are: 1. The sale has to go directly from the mine(provthe buyer (no intermediate company) 2. A past sale SGS report as well as a BL ( bill of lading, invoice). The name of the client and price can be BLACKED out ( as a prove of past transactions - quality reasons). 3. The product to be shipped CIF meaning that the transportation cost be payed by the mine and that cost to be added to the cost of the Goods. 4. At the port, a SGS Report and BL be prepared and payment will be made by the buyer before the goods leave port. So the mine will be secured. 5. The commission (to be discussed) will be pa company name. What is REALLY important is that he can get the 63.5 MT and the SGS and BL reports of past performance from a past client to prove to the buyer that the mine can deliver that quantity and quality.
