Monthly volumes 200,000 MT to 400,000 MT. Russian origin product from Vladivostok or Novorossiysk. Our buyer is able to provficial LOI but prior to doing so we would like to hear from you as to available volumes and your proposed pricing. We are not willing or able to make any upfront payment or pay any fees through T T however we are willing to issue a DLC to provity, with payment to be made by T T after delivery of the product.
