Dear Sir Madam, Hope you are doing well, This is Victor Tee from Roller Barrier WA. We are trading & fencing company located in Perth, Western Australia. I'm looking for manufacturer that are able to produce custom made roller and accessories to go with it, this is to use for anti climb purposes to prevent adult trespassing properties. I am willing to pay the mold cost and like to place order once all details are finalized. 1. Custom Design product as per attached. 2. Min 100 pieces of plastic roller. 3. Plastic Roller to be 250mm long X 150mm diameter each. 4. Custom Brackets to be 6mm Galv Steel as per drawing. 5. Steel Shafts to be 32 ~ 35mm X 6mm thick Galv Steel @ 1055mm long. 6. Open for engineer suggestion regards to best possible material to achieve cost effective and durable products. 7. Product specs must made to meet Australian Standard. 8. Mold cost, unit cost, accessories cost, shipping cost and delivery lead time.
