Hi, We are an importing company based in Israel. Please fined attached image file with dimension of model 1 & model 2 of Aluminium expanded mesh that we need to supply to one of our clients.We need a qoute for FOB: 30 sq.meter of model 1.50 sq.meter of model 2. Model 2 will be used as cover materiel for a pergola. We will need that model 2 will be supplied with a welded perimeter aluminum L shape frame in modules of 1000 mm * 2500 mm. The L section dimension shell be with height equals to the expanded mesh thickness (28-30 mm) and w0 mm. If you will use 40 mm L frame you will need first to cut one rib by 10 mm in order to get one rib of 30 mm and the other rib will remain 40 mm. Model 1 will be supplied for a fence. It should be cut according to design drawings and also includes welded aluminum L shape frame in the perimeter of each unit. The L section dimension shell be with height equals to the expanded mesh thickness (19-20 mm) and w0 mm. If you will use 30 mm L frame you will need first to cut one rib by 10 mm in order to get one rib of 20 mm and the other rib will remain 30 mm. Units size of model 1 had not been determined at this stage but the bottom se fence is incnot horizontal. So we need that you cut one se expanded units in inc price shall include the frame welding and also coating with super durable powder material.Please send a quote for based on this requirements.
