I need to + - following sizes and volumes but suppliers are welcome to offer their standard sizes 20 PCS - Al2O3 96% - 5"x5" x 1mm thickness - single s5um 20 PCS - Al2O3 96% - 5"x5" x 1mm thickness - double s5um 20 PCS - AlN - 5"x5" x 1mm thickness - single s5um 20 PCS - AlN - 5"x5" x 1mm thickness - double s5um Total 80 PCS.
