Animal extracts shell, operculum (lid of top shell meat) small shell and Also Empty Shell for Fishing baby octopus.We have two sosticated processing plants situated in the black sea region, Turkey. We have a production capacity of 1000-1100 tons of top shell and over 800 tons of block frozen anchovy annually. We have proved to realise most of the production of the above mentioned products and feel proud of the popularity our products earned throughout far east countries basically Japan, Korea and China.
