Application of spunbond nonwoven formation belt
When our customers producing spunbond with a single beam or with multiple beams or SMXS spunmelt, for hygiene (for example for baby diapers or for adult incontinence) up to the speed of about 800
m/min or spunbond for construction & housing (for example for membrane roofing) or for furniture or agriculture or more in general for other industrial applications, in any case your spunbond
line would require a high technical performing conveyor mesh belt, offering basically(but not only) a non-marking seam, with a good gripping, but at the same time offering a smooth release.

Different raw material
Base on raw material,our spunbond nonwoven formation belts are made by:
1).PET filaments 2).Antistatic filaments 3).PET filaments&Antistatic filaments
For PET filaments,it have round PET filaments and flat PET filaments.The formation belt weaved by round filaments have better tensile strength,it’s mainly use for S/SS line. But if customer have
SMS line,the flat filaments formation belt is better choice with more smooth surface.

Diffierent seam design
