Aramid composite needle felt is made by Aramid staple fiber,and finish with special treatment. It have advantage of high temperature resistance,good abrasion resistance and excellent chemical stability.It have better tensile strength than Fiberglass felt,and price of Aramid fiber is much lower than US Dupont Nomex fiber,but can performs same as Nomex felt in high temperature working condition,so it widely applicate for chemical industry,metal smelting,asphalt mixing plant,waste incineration,cement kiln and coal-fired boiler etc with perfect peformance and long service life. Fiberglass composite needle felt is special filter material which produce base on 5.5μm fiberglass fiber,and mixed with other high temperature staple fiber such as P84,Aramid,Kevlar,PPS and PTFE with special finish treatment.It have special three-dimensional microporous structure with low running resistance.Especially mixed with P84 staple fiber,due to P84 staple fiber special leafy structure,the fiber superficial area can increase about 80%,so it have strong ability of dust collection.Because of complementarity of Fiberglass fiber and P84 staple fiber,so the Fiberglass composite filter material can catch tiny dust and have excellent abrasion resistance,which also increase the peel strength and filtration velocity,it can reach 1-1.4m/min,strongly increase the filter bag’s service life.
