2. Q: Is your RAM original or copy?nbsp; A: We get all ETT chips for all the module product also we are able to print your brand Logo on our
RAM modules as well.
3. Q: Your offer is near our local market price , how can I buy from you with this price?nbsp; A: We are a RAM memory factory specializing in
this line for more than 10 years. We focus on the quality and we
believe in only good quality that supports a long term business. Too many different manufacturers in China that
concludes a price gap. They may have low quality IC on their module products which causes same price but different quality.
4. Q: May I pay in Paypal, because I feel unsafe in paying T/T
A: Currently our customers always pay through T/T or Western Union as it is fast and convenient way in nowadays.
Paypal will take you about 4% handing charges but it is a safety way for both guaranty at the first deal.
5. Q: Do you give spare RAM (against warranty) in this order?
A: Sorry! We do not provide any spare. Usually you can send back to us and we will renew it for you and we
deliver to you together with your new order.
6. Q: Do you test all the order or you only test half of the whole order?
A: Our engineer will test them all with Memtest software.
7.Q: What should I do if I get RMA?
A:Please send them back and we will repair them all and send back to in about 3 weeks.
8.Q: how long can I receive the order of my RAMs?
A: The goods will be sent within 2~3 working days upon receipt of your payment. We will keep you informed as you
need to increase or decrease the items of your order by immediate messenger such as Skype, What’sAPP, WeChat, email, etc.
