Ceresin is mineral wax, refined and blended ozokerite. Saturated hydrocarbons mix mostly aliphatic. Ceresin has no teste and odor. Insoluble in water and ethanol. Well mixed with natural oils.
Used in cosmetic, protective cosmetic for artificial paraffin producing. In cosmetic compositions increases thermostability. Also used in protective gels, lipsticks in combination with paraffins
for impoving its thickening and structure-forming properties.
