Product description:

Product Installation

upstream and downstream pressure gauges, it indicates that there are Impurities on the filter core. When the medium flows through the product, the
liquid resistance is much greater than that in normal use. It is necessary to clean the filter mesh in time.
4. In order not to influence the normal use of the system when the product is being repaired, a bypass pipe should be installed at the same time. And the
stop valve on the bypass pipe Is closed In ordinary, while the valve Is opened when the product Is being repaired.
5. The product installation should be caution to reserve a maintenance space for normal maintenance on
daily.
Maintenance:
1. KMO recommends that after the product in use for a period, it is needed to remove the filter element for
cleaning, so as not to be blocked by the filter impurities on the mesh, leading to increase the liquid resistance or affect the normal flow of the system. Generally, clean the filter in each 3
months or as the specified differential pressure, that is best;
2. After cleaning the filter, install it back to the filter. Pay attention to observe whether the filter seal gasket has leakage or not. If it is leak, replace the seal gasket In time.
3. The filter mesh should be cleaned in time after the product is installed in the new system, so as to prevent the waste left in the pipeline during the installation of the pipeline from
blocking the product.
