Keder is made
of two components: a core and fabric. The core is an extruded PVC, or another elastic material, which gives flexibility to the entire unit. The core is wrapped and welded in single side PVC
coated fabric, the non coated side allow the Keder to easily slide into an extrusion with a luff groove – keder rail.
Double Flap Keder has two flaps, which “sandwich” the fabric and then are welded or sewn to the
fabric. As there are three layers of fabric to be welded at the same time, it is recommended to be welded using
a radio-frequency welder.
The Keder manufactured using
in-house developed RF Technology to provide our customers a fail-proof solution. Our fabric for the Keder is also developed in-house to achieve a better strength.
Usage: Tenting & structure, industrial curtain, pool cover, tarpaulin, and trampoline industries.
