Banana-type screen machine:

particles. The advantage in comparison to the conventional sieving machine: a much larger feed quantity with the same screen area. Available as a single or double-deck screen
machine.

1. The overload high-precision helical gears and special bearings for vibrating equipment ensure vibrators carrying capacity and stable operation. The special structure of sealing
guarantees the lubricating oil not leak while operation. And magnetic oil plug purifying lubricating oil ensures device working safely.
2. The beams for vibrator are high strength steel plates, with dual-H structure design. The quality can meet the international welding standards.
3. The side plate adopts high-strength structural steel and high-precision CNC cutting to finish blanking and punching at one time, which can ensure the accuracy for shape and opening. The
special u-shaped structural reinforcement ensures the screen body stiffness.
