When the hopper is in place, the clutch is automatically disengaged, the hopper is dropped by its own weight, and the hopper is released when the hopper is landing.   The feeding mechanism is composed of a loading frame, a feeding hopper and a lifting device. 2.Mixing system   The mixing drum is supported by four supporting rollers. The rotation of the mixing drum is realized by the motor driving the large ring gear mounted on the cylinder through the transmission system. The work is stable and reliable, and the forward and reverse rotation of the mixing cylinder is realized by the commutation of the motor.   Mixing drum The structure of the mixing drum is double-conical, and the inside of the cylinder is welded with high and low blades, which are respectively at an angle with the axis of the cylinder. Outlet A pair of discharge blades are welded inside the discharge cone. When the concrete is stirred, the direction of rotation of the mixing drum is changed, and the concrete is discharged from the discharge cone through the low blade and the discharge blade. The stirring mechanism is the working part of the mixer, and is composed of a mixing drum, a supporting wheel and a transmission system. 3.Water supply system Starting the water pump can inject water into the mixing drum, and the time relay in the electronic control system controls the running time of the water pump to master the amount of water required to stir the concrete per tank. The water supply system consists of an electric motor, a water pump, a regulating valve, a suction valve and a pipeline. 4.Electrical System The JZC250 Power-Driven Self-Fall concrete mixer has an electric control box on the whole machine.
