Connection : Butt Welded and Flanged Type : Bandlock, Clutch, Clamp ring ,Locking ring etc   SAFETY INTERLOCKS Our pig traps can be equipped with safety interlocking device which was designed patented and has been manufactured by Gloazure Co., Ltd. as a name of brand called SAFERLOCK (www.saferlock.com) in order to secure uppermost safety in operation at site. Correct preparation to remove debris from any pipelines prior to a corrosion survey is essential. Careful planning and preparation minimizes the risk of a conventional or intelligent pig becoming stuck and the quality of data being degraded due to sensor damage or sensor lift off. The cost of a rerun can be very expensive whilst the conse quences of a conventional or intelligent pig becoming stuck can be catastrophic. Depending on the situation, condition and history of a pipeline, we can provide full proving, gauging and cleaning services.
