BB LOCK Mesh   BB Lock High-Co is a thread that can be inserted into the nose to raise the bridge or alar reduction. This product is a thread that folds the barb that are only on one side in half and forms barb on both sides. It mainly uses 19G 50mm products to increase the nose bridge and 19G 38mm products to alar reduction. When a 50mm product is folded in half, barb are formed in both directions by 25mm. When a 38mm product is folded in half, barb are formed in both directions, 19mm each. When performing a procedure to raise the nose bridge, about 4 to 5 threads are inserted. When performing a procedure to alar reduction, you can insert two to three threads for each alar.
