Our RTV-2 Molding materials are general called two-component room temperature vulcanization liquid silicone rubber with excellent fluidity and good operational performance. Add part B into
part A, stir the mixture evenly, then pour or brush the liquid mixture to the mother mold, then after 2-6 hours, a flexible silicone rubber mold will be obtained with resistance to deformation,
high-temperature, acid and alkali and expansion.

If you’d like to make silicone mold for each piece of chocolate, sugar and so on, it’s better to choose soft silicone rubber for example 15 shore A silicone, contrarily, if you would like to make silicone mold of food tray for chocolate tray, sugar tray, cake tray, then it’s better to choose hard silicone rubber such as 35 shore A silicone.
Why is the
silicon mold oily?
The molding silicone rubber itself doesn’t contain any oil, so it won’t be oily. If the mold is oily, it may be because you add the compound silicone oil( the
compound of silicon oil and white oil). The white oil is not silicon oil but a kind of petrochemicals.
Why is the appearance of the finished liquid silicone for mold making of concrete toys, statue, stone mold striate and unsmooth?
It is because the appearance of the product or the model itself is not perfect, and it has not been polished before the further operation. So when you make silicon molds, firstly you should
polish the product, spray the mold spray evenly on the product. In this case, the problem can be avoided.
