A deep-red glaze, consisting premium strawberry and raspberry purées, creates a stunning contrast to the ivory-white cream cheese blend sitting beneath it. The tantalising tartness
of
the summer berries, together with the soft cream cheese, and crunchy base, make this cheesecake a perennial favourite among many.
Our cakes are frozen and have a shelf-life of 18 months from date of production in frozen state. Using deep freezing technology, we blast freeze our cakes to extend the shelf life without
using any preservatives. Available in 6 inch (non-slice, round), 8 inch (sliced or pre-sliced, round), or 18cm x 18cm (square).
We are open to discussion on OEM. Alternatively, we can supply the cakes with our Morcheez brand or without any branding.
