halloumi, its production must take place exclusively within the Territory of the Republic of Cyprus. Producers of Halloumi PDO must conform with the requirements of the applicable
Regulations and hold a certificate based on the approved ‘Control and Certification Plan for the use of Protected Designation of Origin Halloumi PDO.
