We need a diesel D2 for Sudan by a one-year deferred and not enhanced LC Buyer and Importer

Hello, We want 2 million Tons diesel D2 as a total quantity for Sudan. 2 M Tons total quantity/3 shipments /50k Tons per month. D2 diesel delivered to Porto Sudan(CIF) in Sudan. Our company in Sudan was awarded the tender from the government. We will issue a one-year deferred and not enhanced LC by National Bank Abu Dhabi /Khartoum Branch and correspondent National Bank of Abu Dhabi / Abu Dhabi In UAE. Our company will issue an invoice at 570$ per Ton. We need receiving 100 $ per Ton cash from 570 $ in my hand Monthly, for administrative expenses in Sudan, used in the transfer of diesel to Tankers throughout Sudan. Remain 470 $ net price for the exporter company.
