We,intent to purchase commodity from your company with full corporate authority and responsibility in the terms and conditions as below: 1. Commodity: Heavy Steel Meting Scrap HMS1 or HMS1,2(80:20) ISRI200-206 2. Origin: Europe 3. Quantity: 10,000-30,000MT per shipment, One or two shipments each month. Trial orders 10,000　MＴfor first minth. If the trial orders are satisfactery, The long-term order would be 360,000MT and more. 4. Price: Negotiable (Target price USD$200 CIF China Port) 5. Ｐaymeny: Irrevocable sight L/C 6. Delivery: within 30 days upon receipt of the relevent L/C for the first shipment and within 30 days for the subsequent shipments. 7. POP: The Proof of Product(POP) should be issued by the express mill and endorsed by the Seller’s bank or SGS. And Seller sould Proof certificate of AQSIQ。 8. PB： 3% should be issued by the Seller‘s Bnak within Five banking days after the contract signed effective。 9. Destination Port: Zhangjiagang Port.
