Re site inspection before i open L.C , but Official orders would be issued and signed by myself and my company and a clause within the the contract confirming the site visit and set of factory and as long as i can see the production and and packing full set up of the factory and i am confident that seller can supply and ship then L.C would be opened. on my return from site factory if all acceptable to seller. 9. Iran Buyer - READY TO ORDER!- UREA 46% 250,000 x 12 months CIF Indiathey have some questions as belowThe LC itself is coming from the Indian government and they are buying Urea from all over and if your Urea is up to the specifications and standards, then you will have no problems at all effecting the payment from the LC especially when its 100% at sight..India is 8 million tons short of their required target for Urea and there is no question of them not completing the contract. Therefore if your seller is ready to complete the contract by DLC then we are ready to comply.
