Dear Sir/Madam, I'm looking for products with the following specifications: We are looking for a nylon disk with a silicone coating. The disk should be approx 26cm in diameter, have a raised edge about 2cm, and feature handles. The inner circle will have holes 0.635cm in diameter evenly spaced in a general circle pattern. This will be used for food handling, especially liquid dough compositions. It should also include a silicone coated scraper tool. The tool needs to be very stable so it the nylon core needs to be through-out the whole tool. These pictures are of a plastic prototype with plastic scraper. Measurements shown are in inches.
