Dear Sir/Madam, Here at Nilo Creations Limited, we are looking for scents and essences in powder form. Usage: We want to be able to add water to the powder and to smell the scent. It is not for eating but should be able to be sold in Europe and will be classed as a childs toy. We are open to different scent options.
