Good morning, we plan on procuring a production line for instant, i.e. precooked, ready to eat Rice pilaf or Bulgur pilaf. E.g. Rice (or Bulgur) will be mixed with spices, cooked, then cooled and packed in doypacks. So basically what we need is a 1) mixer, a 2) cooker, a 3) cooling system (and probably a packaging machine for microvaweable doypacks).
