I am looking for a manufature that can build a retractable reel that will hold 15 feet of 3/8 Rope. It must be spring loaded and freely reel up. I do not need any locking mechanism. We do have a design but am willing to look at what you have available. The rope must have a look on the end that can fit thru a hole that is .400 Dia. Show More
