Ostomy Bags Buyer and Importer

Good day, I am Lynnette Fusick, a purchasing assistant for Turuc Imports, based in the United States. Our company is looking to create a new ostomy bag product line to fit the needs of our customers focusing on a variety of bag colors. We are looking for a supplier who customize ostomy bags including color modification and meet our quality needs, and with whom we can build a continuous relationship with. Our first product for this line we are requesting is a regular beige ostomy bag. We currently have one on the market and would like to work on producing the same bag with a couple changes. After producing this design in opaque beige we will want to work on additional colors including black and white. Here are the basic specifications of our current bag we want replicated by you: • One piece drainable open colostomy bag in opaque beige. • FDA and CE approved • Latex free • Expiration date of 3+ years • Bag must have non-woven cotton on front and back sides. No sharp edges. Soft and quiet plastic material is a must! • Hidden inspection slit window on the front of the bag • A working rectangle carbon filter • The bag will measure approximately 292.1mm x 152.4mm (11.5”x6”) with an approximate capacity of 480-580ml • Cut to Fit Wafer up to 60mm • Velcro or similar closure with side tabs. Can be tucked into bag • EVOH Hydrocolloid flat baseplate • 20 count per unit box packaging • Instruction booklet and measurement card included in each box. • Provide box packaging and print our OEM two sided box design and instruction pamphlet.
