Hello i need copper-cathode and used railway rails (R50-R65)LME standard (Non-LME registration) copper cathode: Min. Cu-Purity: 99.97%~99.99% Rank: Grade A Quantity: First lift 500 Metric Tonnes trial followed by 5,000 - 10000 Metric Tonnes per month for12 months Port of delivery: CIF MAIN PORT CHINA Payment terms: Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) Procedure: Buyer’s Bank will issue Bank Guarantee Letter or MT 705 for funds to the Seller’s Bank. The Seller’s Bank must then issue a Non-Operative 2 % Performance Bond via MT 760 together with Certificate of Ownership of product to the Buyer’s Bank. The Operative DLC will be issued by the Buyer’s Bank upon receipt of the Seller’s Non-Operative PB. The Seller’s 2% PB will be immediately and automatically activated by the Buyer’s Operative DLC.
